Thanks to the new location of Xiaomi in Galeria Młociny, Warsaw will be one of the first cities where two recognised stores of the Asian electronics manufacturer will operate. Outside the capital, the stores of the company established in 2010 operate in Kraków, Poznań and Wrocław. The last location on the list, in Katowice, was opened at the beginning of December. The store in Galeria Młociny will be managed by GG Stores Sp. z o.o. Sp.k.
“The fact that we have focused on a top class, modern retail complex full of very interesting tenants reflects how important market is Warsaw for us” says Tony Chen, Regional Manager of the Asian electronics manufacturer.
In the latest store in Warsaw, the fourth most popular brand of smartphones in the world will sell not only modern telephones, but also IoT devices and gadgets that – as Xiaomi emphasises – are designed to facilitate everyday life. The offer of the store in Bielany is to offer everything that you can buy in stores on the home market of Xiaomi. The fact that the Asian brand is more and more confident about the European market may be demonstrated by the opening of the largest Mi Store on one of the most expensive commercial streets in the world, the Paris-based Champs-Élysées.
“For a long time we have been observing the development of Xiaomi, which is becoming an increasingly important player on the domestic market month by month. The brand exists in the minds of Poles, and the newly opened Mi stores do not complain about the lack of visitors. The flagship store in Galeria Młociny will surely attract fans of smartphones and new technologies from various parts of the city and the surrounding area” says Wojciech Mazur, Leasing Manager from Echo Investment’s Retail Department.
The store in Galeria Młociny, similarly to other locations, will be characterised by a minimalist design. Reducing irrelevant elements will allow you to focus on presented products. These will be shown on large wooden tables and several shelves close to check stands. The interior will be dominated by bright colours and strong, spot lighting.

The place will combine 220 favourite stores and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district within a friendly and green area.
Galeria Młociny is distinguished by an innovative approach in the design of meeting places, entertainment and gastronomy. Its restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 floor and is connected with the green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones. Architects from the renowned Broadway Malyan studio transferred the atmosphere of cosy cafes, street-food and eating out as well as outdoor dining among greenery to Warsaw’s Bielany district. This is the first concept of its kind in Poland.
Galeria Młociny is being developed right next to Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 mln passengers every year.
Investors of Galeria Młociny are: EPP (70 pct shares) and Echo Investment (30 pct shares). The former company will manage the newly-opened complex. The latter one is fully responsible for the development and lease process.
