The background of Pasibus is streetfood. All restaurants of the chain besides tasty and original food prepared from ingredients gained from local suppliers also serve a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Pasibus in Galeria Młociny will be the next location that the brand has decided to open in a modern, multifunctional complex.
The popular burger house will be part of Hala Hutnik, one of the five zones – next to the Bielany boards, the Carousel, Entertainment and the Garden – that will create together a unique restaurant and entertainment space, which is named Meet and Eats by the investor and developer. The architecture of Hala Hutnik including structures assembled from containers, trusses, technical lighting, massive tables and benches, will refer to the near steel mill. In addition to Pasibus, in the zone there will be room for 6 other premises, and guests will have an opportunity to dine at 12 wooden common tables with more than 300 seats. An interesting addition to the latest Warsaw food corner will be 5 coworking zones where you will be able to work. The whole project was designed by a renowned BroadwayMalyan studio, and the project itself was based on JLL research.
Behind the streetfood brand that successfully managed to transfer and develop the street foodtruck concept for brick and mortar restaurants are: Piotr Staszczyński, Jan Kulisiewicz and Dawid Bojarojć.

The representative of the chain adds that our presence in this type of facility is part of a wider strategy of Pasibus assuming locations in the best, modern retail and entertainment complexes.
In the first place, Pasibus began to cook for residents of Wrocław. In 2013, the first foodtruck featured by the characteristic logo of a combination of a van and a hamburger appeared on the streets of the capital of Lower Silesia. The debut of its stationary restaurant took place in 2015. Today, outside of Warsaw, the chain is strongly present mainly in Lower Silesia and Silesia, where tasty burgers can be eaten in as many as 17 places. Food lovers can also have something to eat in restaurants in Poznań, Łódź, Lubin and two locations in Gdańsk.
New, mixed-use centre of Bielany
The place will combine 220 favourite stores and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district within a friendly and green area.
Galeria Młociny is distinguished by an innovative approach in the design of meeting places, entertainment and gastronomy. Its restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 floor and is connected with the green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones. Architects from the renowned Broadway Malyan studio transferred the atmosphere of cosy cafes, street-food and eating out as well as outdoor dining among greenery to Warsaw’s Bielany district. This is the first concept of its kind in Poland.
Galeria Młociny is being developed right next to Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 mln passengers every year.
Investors of Galeria Młociny are: EPP (70 pct shares) and Echo Investment (30 pct shares). The former company will manage the newly-opened complex. The latter one is fully responsible for the development and lease process.
