Metro: Line M1 (Młociny terminus) – exit the platform and you will see our entrance almost immediately.
Trams: Lines 2, 6, 26 and 33 – stop right outside our center.

Parking comfort you feel right away
Parking Galeria Młociny It has been designed to facilitate daily visits – drivers have access to ample parking spaces, convenient access to the center, and special zones for families and people with disabilities. An integrated parking system and navigation to available spaces, as well as the ability to search for parked cars on interactive information kiosks and automatic pay stations, make using the parking lot quick and stress-free.
Drive freely into the parking lot
Enter the parking lot without a ticket – the system will automatically read your license plate number and open the barrier. If for some reason the barrier doesn't lift, use the button to collect your ticket and enter the parking lot.
Do your thing in Galeria Młociny
Leave your car in the monitored garage and enjoy shopping, dining, cinema and entertainment zone in Galeria Młociny.
Vehicles with LPG systems or cars taller than 2 meters are not allowed to enter the parking lot, which increases the safety of all users.
Get your free hours
Every customer receives the first hour of free parking in the entire lot, except the VIP area. You can get a second hour free of charge if you meet one of the following conditions:
– exchange of 5 złoty in the Kupujesz i Masz application,
– presenting a receipt for at least PLN 200 at the Information Point (level 0),
– validation of a receipt for beauty/entertainment services,
– confirmation at the reception of the Zdrofit club, Enel-Med, JK Sport and the WAM Theatre.
Multikino customers are offered up to four free hours of parking after validating their ticket at the cinema box office.
Pay for parking
After your visit, pay for parking:
– by entering the vehicle registration number at one of the numerous automatic payment machines located at the entrances to the parking lot (payment by cash or card),
– at the exit barrier, using cashless payment.
Remember that after exchanging 5 złoty in the Kupujesz i Masz application you can get a second hour for free.
Leave the parking lot
After paying for your parking, you have 15 minutes to leave the parking lot. Drive to the exit, and the system will recognize your license plate again and automatically open the barrier. If necessary, you can contact the staff via the intercom.
Parking in Galeria Młociny is available 7 days a week, 6:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.
The first hour of parking (standard parking, outside the VIP zone) – free of charge.
The second hour of parking – PLN 5 or free of charge after meeting one of the following conditions:
- exchange of 5 złoty in the Kupujesz i Masz application,
- a receipt for at least PLN 200 – beauty/entertainment services with a stamp,
- validation in Zdrofit or Enel-Med.
- For Multikino customers – up to 4 hours of free parking after validating your ticket at the cinema box office.
Each additional hour started after the free time – PLN 5.
VIP parking
VIP Parking is designated parking spaces located closest to the entrances. Galeria Młociny, ensuring maximum convenience for time-conscious customers. The zone includes spaces on levels -0,5, -1, and -2.
Unlike standard parking, VIP spaces do not offer free parking hours – a fee of PLN 5 per hour is charged after the first 15 minutes of parking. Promotions, validations, or Złocin exchanges do not apply to this zone, ensuring constant availability for those interested.

Using the parking lot Galeria Młociny involves additional fees in the event of a violation Regulations or extended parking. If the parking time exceeds 48 hours, the parking lot manager may charge a contractual penalty of PLN 500 for each single violation, and for repeated violations – an additional PLN 100 for each day of delay (does not apply to vehicles with a 24-hour subscription).
To redeem 5 złoty for a second hour of parking, log in to the Kupujesz i Masz app and ensure your car's license plate number is correctly saved in the system. Upon entry, your car will be automatically recognized, the first hour will be charged free of charge, and in the app, select the "Reduce parking cost with złoty" option, which will grant you an additional free hour.
The Złocin exchange for a second hour of parking is only possible once per day and applies to one vehicle assigned to your account in the app. After paying for your parking—also using Złocin—you have 15 minutes to exit the parking lot.
There is a Parking Customer Service Office (BOK) on site at level 0,5, where employees assist with validations, issuing VAT invoices, complaints and problems with the parking system.
Customer Service Office is open on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 22:00 – there you can report a lost ticket, obtain an invoice (after filling out a form with the original receipt) or get help with paying fees.
The parking lot is monitored but not guarded, and complaints should be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] or in person at the company's office.

Parking fees for using the car park apply 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
The time is counted from the moment of entry through the barrier.
Each started hour is 5 PLN.
Example: entry 12:00, departure 13:10 p.m. – PLN 5 fee (first hour free, PLN 5 charged for each additional hour). In the case of VIP seats, the fee is charged from the beginning of the parking period, but the customer has 15 minutes to change seats.
You can get the second hour free of charge:
- upon presentation of receipts for a total amount of at least PLN 200 at the Information Point (level 0),
- in the "Buy and Get" loyalty application – for 5 PLN,
- in selected beauty and entertainment venues and Healthy, JKSport, Enelmed – after stamping the receipt and reporting to the Information Point.
- Multikino customers – second, third and fourth hour free of charge (validation in the cinema).
- Multikino clients – second, third and fourth hour free of charge (validation at the cinema).
- Zdrofit club clients – second hour free of charge (validation of parking at the club reception).
Parking in designated spaces for people with disabilities is free.
The system operates based on automatic license plate reading.
- No ticket is collected upon entry. Only if the registration plate has difficulty being read will the barrier issue a paper ticket.
- The registration number is scanned.
- Payment should be made at the machine located at the entrance from the passage to the car park or contactlessly at the reader located on the barrier (if the free time has been exceeded).
- At the parking machines at the entrances to the center (by card or cash).
- Contactless at the exit barrier.
The time is counted from the moment you enter the parking lot.
During periods of increased traffic, the administration may decide to temporarily open the barriers.
If the parking time does not exceed the first hour, there are no fees.
The fees are intended to increase the availability of parking spaces for actual customers. Galeria MłocinyUntil now, many spaces were occupied by people not using the shopping center's services – for example, those transferring to public transportation. The new system helps ensure rotation and makes it easier to find a free space.
