The store of the Spanish jewellery brand offering jewellery masterpieces made of unique materials such as diamonds, precious stones and 18 carat yellow and pink gold will be an extremely valuable addition to the range of jewellery stores that will be present in the complex developed by Echo Investment. The developer and investor, at the same time responsible for the leasing process, has confirmed that stores such as Apart, W.Kruk, Briju, Bijou Brigitte and SWISS will be present in Młociny.
100 years of TOUS!
TOUS was founded nearly one hundred years ago – in the small Spanish city Manresa, near Barcelona. Since then, the jewellery brand, which is symbolised by the characteristic teddy bear, has conquered the world. TOUS owns more than 620 stores all over the world, of which more than 40 are located on the Vistula river.
In the latest, the 43rd store, which in the spring will open in Galeria Młociny, in addition to luxury jewellery, you can also buy handbags, leather goods, watches, perfumes and accessories. The symbolic ribbon cutting ceremony in Warsaw’s Bielany will coincide with the tenth anniversary of the debut of the brand in Poland. Oriens Bijou, associated with the Swiss Oriens Capital Management, is responsible for the development of the brand in Poland.

The modern store will be arranged in line with the latest guidelines on interior design. It will be characterised by femininity and lightness. Each client will feel special in this elegant and simple interior, dominated by delicate grey, powdery pink and white colours. The cosy atmosphere will be provided by suitable lighting, and numerous glass cases and jewellery counters will enable you to look at a large assortment in comfort.
New, mixed-use centre of Bielany
The place will combine 220 favourite stores and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district within a friendly and green area.
Galeria Młociny is distinguished by an innovative approach in the design of meeting places, entertainment and gastronomy. Its restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 floor and is connected with the green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones. Architects from the renowned Broadway Malyan studio transferred the atmosphere of cosy cafes, street-food and eating out as well as outdoor dining among greenery to Warsaw’s Bielany district. This is the first concept of its kind in Poland.
Galeria Młociny is being developed right next to Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 mln passengers every year.
Investors of Galeria Młociny are: EPP (70 pct shares) and Echo Investment (30 pct shares). The former company will manage the newly-opened complex. The latter one is fully responsible for the development and lease process.
