The first SushiZushi restaurant was established 10 years ago in the centre of Warsaw. Soon after, its originators and owners launched a catering company and two sushibars under the Zushi Point brand.
– We have been working consistently for over a decade in order to let our guests enjoy the flavours prepared perfectly by our sushi masters. Besides its diverse menu, SushiZushi is also characterized by its unique atmosphere and service quality. We believe that the best meetings and conversations are those that take place at the table. Our new location in Galeria Młociny in Bielany will bring us closer to a lot of residents who know us from the centre of Warsaw – says Sławomir Wasilewski, the owner of SushiZushi.
Nowadays SushiZushi serves Japanese specialties in two restaurants. The chain has recently been marking its premises with the colours of precious metals which are to reflect the standard of its decor, amenities available in a given restaurant and, first of all, the special dishes on offer. The restaurant at ul. Żurawia 6/12 is marked with gold and the one in the shopping centre in Sadyba – with silver. The latest restaurant in Galeria Młociny will be silver just like the restaurant in the heart of Warsaw.
– Sushi is part of the global gastronomic culture which we Poles got to like very much. The Japanese cuisine still has a lot of opportunities for its endeavours in Warsaw’s Bielany district and everything points to the fact that Asian delicacies will be present on the plates of its residents more and more often. That is why we are really glad that in a few months, in Galeria Młociny, they will be able to eat nigiri with salmon, tuna or California maki with prawn in tempura in the SushiZushi chain which is famous for the best menu in Warsaw – says Marcin Szlufik, a senior leasing manager at Echo Investment’s Shopping Centre Department.
New, mixed-use centre of Bielany
Galeria Młociny is a new, mixed-use centre of Bielany. The place will combine 220 favourite shops and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district within a friendly and green area.
Galeria Młociny is distinguished by an innovative approach in the design of meeting places, entertainment and gastronomy. Its restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 floor and is connected with the green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones. Architects from the renowned Broadway Malyan studio transferred the atmosphere of cosy cafes, street-food and eating out as well as outdoor dining among greenery to Warsaw’s Bielany district. This is the first concept of its kind in Poland.
The mall is being developed right next to the Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 mln passengers every year.
Investors of Galeria Młociny are: EPP (70 pct shares) and Echo Investment (30 pct shares). The former company will manage the newly-opened complex. The latter one is fully responsible for the development process.
