Thanks to the limitless possibilities offered by the fully interactive presentation, visitors to the Echo Investment and Galeria Młociny stand, will be able to see first-hand, the complete development in every detail and what potential lies in its location and surroundings. Through the power of the multimedia console, the investor will visually showcase a number of changes and improvements that have been made to the original development, that significantly improve the comfort of visitors, tenants and people working in the building. The interactive console and the Galeria Młociny zone, will be on the Echo Investment stand – nr 35.
„The interactive console, forms a narrative about the investment, the location and surroundings. The resulting effect, of more than 3 months work, was to create a story that is very illustrative, graphic and at times animated, in order to describe all of the key issues of the investment itself, the standards and location, but it also strives to convey the unique atmosphere of the Bielany environment.” – informs Katarzyna Porębska, marketing manager Echo Investment.
A unique solution developed together with the creators of the console, is the innovative way of navigating and revealing to the users the various thematic aspects related to Galeria Młociny. The interaction is reminiscent of a board game or puzzle, in which users must correctly match wooden blocks to unlock new levels and access to new information, photos, maps and animations.
On the first day of the exhibition (Wednesday 27 th September) starting at 13.50 p.m., a panel discussion on ‘the role of modern commercial developments in integrating urban space’, will take place. The discussion on how commercial projects can influence the creation of friendly, open and green meeting venues, will speak, among others Szymon Mińczuk, regional director for Echo Investment leasing.
– A general discussion about what kinds of centres should be developed, or the changing direction retail centres face, and what roles they need to fulfill is acutely necessary. The era of the classic shopping centre has come to a close. We now have the opportunity to create spaces with which we want to, and can readily associate with. Those that suit different lifestyles, working habits or leisure time. We would like such a place to be Galeria Młociny – emphasizes Szymon Mińczuk, Echo Investment’s Regional Leasing Director.
