MAPIC, is an event keenly anticipated by the key players within the real estate industry, and is attended by developers, representatives of major retail brands, investors, but increasingly more so, by delegates from the world’s cities and regions.
“How to sum up this year’s MAPIC outing from the perspective of Galeria Młociny? It can be summed up in two words – Let’s Meet! Once again, it turned out that in practice, the official brand communication has hit the bullseye. The three-day event in Cannes has been highlighted by a multitude meetings – the formal and less so, and the state-of- the-art presentation of the development on the multimedia table. What is worth noting, is that our guests were impressed and interested by the commercially viable potential of this part of the city, together with the unique location of the project within the whole district. Another advantage, is the direct access to the underground and the transport hub at Warsaw’s Młociny, which is regularly used by more than 24 million people every year” – comments Szymon Mińczuk, regional director for Echo Investment leasing.
Visitors to the Galeria Młociny and Echo Investment stand, were also highly interested by the concept itself, which skillfully combines many diverse functions within a single, open and friendly space. Galeria Młociny has become known at the fair in Cannes, as a pleasant and useful place where your favorite shops combine with entertainment and sports, surrounded by greenery.
A significant part of the MAPIC exhibition itself were the conference and discussion panel sections, together with a number of events addressed specifically to representatives of the commercial & retail industry.
The fair on the Cote d’Azur was also the scene of the premiere of the second limited edition of sweatshirts designed especially for Galeria Młociny by Maciek Sieradzky.
“I can say that the cooperation with various interesting designers and artists has become a steady element of the investments realized by Echo Investment. Working together with such designers allows us not only to create the right image for individual projects, but also to build a sense of community around them. Its members in the near future will after all, become users of these facilities.” – adds Katarzyna Porębska, marketing manager at Echo Investment.
